Suppliers can manage their quotation and revalidation's. Review awarded purchase orders and letters of regret. Purchasers can manage their procurement packages applicable to materials, services and materials and services. Quotes Manager operates a Life cycle from requisitioning, issuing RFQ's, receipt of quotations through to evaluation, negotiation, recommendation and issuing of a purchase order and letters of regret. The software manages electronic data including its collection, transmittal, storage and analytical functionality within the programme. Purchasers can review individual or comparative quotation data and decide who they wish to purchase commodities from, as well as determine potential commercial risk in dealing with a Suppliers prior to awarding a purchase order to them. Invited Suppliers can use Quotes Manager to submit quotations as requisitions are allocated for purchase via an approved bill of materials (BOM). This software is setup and provided to the purchaser via a dedicated portal arrangement. This can be either on the developers server or a client's server. A client can license the software on their project on an ongoing monthly basis or on an annual basis. |
